There are many events in Norman in which the Cleveland County Historical Society (CCHS) and the Moore-Lindsay House Historical Museum participate. The CCHS is a member of the Norman Gallery Association and participates in the Norman Art Walk, which occurs several times a year. In December, the Art Walk coincides with the opening of the Historical House for Victorian Christmas. It is at this time of year that the Historical House shines with holiday cheer. On the night of the art walk, horse and buggies transport visitors to the historical house from Main Street. At the house visitors will meet local artists and view their work and be treated to hot run cider, hot chocolate, wine and cheese and all sorts of goodies.
